Open Integrations

Dashboard → Integrations.

Connect Facebook Page

Click Connect → log in to Facebook → select your Page. Messenger + Instagram DM enabled if IG is linked to Page.

Connect WhatsApp Business

Integrations → WhatsApp → paste Phone Number ID and access token from Meta. See WhatsApp Business guide for catalog setup.

Click Connect → log in with Google → authorize your business.

New Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp messages appear here.
