Chatzo is operated by Kolkata Software. We strive to provide reliable WhatsApp automation and messaging services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which subscriptions may be cancelled and refunds processed.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the platform until the billing period expires.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 5 days of your subscription, you may request a refund.

Refund requests submitted after the initial 5-day period will not be eligible unless required by applicable law or approved under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Accounts suspended due to policy violations.
  • Partial usage of prepaid message credits beyond the refund window.
  • Custom enterprise agreements unless stated otherwise in contract.
